What will you be doing?
As our Marketing Director you are responsible for all our marketing efforts and results. You are in the middle of our buyer- & customer journey, and ensures that our marketing strategy is always up-to-date, so our Citizen Development proposition perfectly matches the challenges of our prospects.
By close collaboration with your team of marketing experts and our sales teams, you have full understanding of our sales process, and understand how our marketing team can message the mission of Betty Blocks to our prospects, using the right messaging and channels to activate our target audience.
Next to a strong vision on marketing strategy, you have strong analytical skills, you know how to make effective use of our sales- and marketing tools such as Hubspot and Google Datastudio, so you’re able to share findings and conclusions on which channels and messaging provide the best conversion. With these insights we’re able to measure what effect, tweaks in our marketing and sales strategy have to our funnel, and how to further improve sales- and marketing strategy.
Who are you
You have multiple years of experience in aB2B SaaS environment;
You have +5 years of experience in a managerial function within marketing;
You are a wizard with data, CRM and marketing tools;
You are strong at strategic thinking, creative and enjoy executing your vision and strategy partially yourself;
