What are you going to do?

As a Recruiter at Betty Blocks you are responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of new colleagues. You are, together with our current Recruiters Dennis and Perry, responsible for finding the right candidates for every job opening within Betty Blocks. This quest will take you from talented application developers to business engineers and from sales driven professionals to creative marketeers.

Not a day will be the same as a Recruiter at Betty Blocks. Our team works together intensively; we regularly start off the day with a short meeting concerning the current recruitment affairs. After this meeting you go your own way; you discuss the running Recruitment procedures with the hiring managers, you are regularly in contact with candidates and most of the hours of the day you are busy with finding and matching candidates on one of our job openings.

You are a very important link within our organisation because you make sure we keep on growing. The best thing about the position at Betty Blocks is the freedom and autonomy in your work. You are free to roam in the organisation and work with every department of Betty Blocks. This way you get to know your colleagues very quickly and you feel at home even faster. In this 360 degrees role you are fully responsible for your own work, from A till Z. You have a lot of contact with internal stakeholders and are THE professional concerning Recruitment and the job market.

Next to Recruitment you are involved in HR-related projects such as; employer branding, vacancy advertising, benchmarking, campus recruitment and you represent Betty Blocks at several (job) events.

Job requirements

Who are you?

You will work within a close and professional Recruitment team. Next to your direct team you work with other HR-colleagues. The following is important to us:
  • You’ve finished a Bachelor studies;
  • Preferably you are available fulltime (we can discuss 32 hours a week);
  • You have 2 years or more experience in Recruitment, as an Intercedent or as an HR-employee with recruitment responsibilities;
  • You have affinity with or are curious about online marketing and IT / software development;
  • You are an excellent communicator and like to be in contact with colleagues and candidates;
  • You are productive and aim for the best possible quality.
