To support the execution of our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As an analyst, you will create more insights into and from our sales processes- and funnel and will initiate improvements to refine our proposition to prospective clients.


What are you going to do? 

As Sales Operation Analyst your main focus will be to improve our sales processes in the broadest sense. You’ll deepdive into our sales funnel, by your razor-sharp analyses on the data in our CRM, you know exactly where and why some prospects drop off during the sales cycle. You inform and advise our global sales team proactively by dashboards as well as sharing your findings and best practices.


There are tons of ideas that need working on to create more insights and alignment in our tooling which will help us to better understand our customer journey and prospects needs. You will achieve this by close collaboration with your colleagues from the revenue operations team to facilitate the right tooling and content.


Our potential clients are situated around the globe and aren’t industry specific. Currently our focus markets are the Benelux countries, UK and US. By continuously analyzing the different markets, you can always pinpoint which market or region will be our next step and can accurately forecast our growth. You fully master our growth-model and are always on top of the forecast and realization. With this information you proactively suggest improvements of our sales- and marketing strategy.

Job requirements

You bring

  • Multiple year of experience as an analyst in an (IT) Sales environment;
  • You’re great with CRM systems like Hubspot and have experience with other BI-tooling as well;
  • You are creative, proactive and are able to convince and activate others;
  • Great command of the English language.
