What are you going to do?

As an Account Executive you are responsible for the acquisition of new customers, fueling the growth of Betty Blocks. You manage the entire sales process from discovery to closing by discovering and engaging with prospects in the US & Canada region.

You are the company’s human business card, developing a strong relationship with your prospects. You introduce our innovative platform, identify use cases and convey the business value to your prospects. You manage the entire sales cycle while working closely together with Sales Development Representatives, Business Consultants, Solution Architects and other team members.


You are given the freedom in determining your sales strategy to achieve the best results for the customer, the company and yourself.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of direct sales experience in the enterprise software space (preferably SaaS);

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;

  • Self-starter and hunter mentality, taking control and responsibility over sales cycles from discovery (sourcing) to closing;

  • You are able to convey the Betty Blocks vision and value proposition to your prospects and educate them on the ins and outs of our platform;

  • You are skilled in analyzing the needs of your prospects and using this knowledge to identify how Betty Blocks is able to help them;

  • Willingness to travel.
