Who are we?

We see ourselves as a driven, energetic and hardworking group of friends, who are passionate about what we do: Making application development as easy as riding a bicycle. Our no-code platform enables organizations around the world to create applications that solve the problems they currently face in their unique situations. We are proud to be the world's first no-code platform for Citizen Development. Our goal is that everyone can build an application. 'How can we make building easier' is the foundation of everything we do. Our headquarters is based in a beautiful Google-like office building in Alkmaar near the city center and very close to Alkmaar station.

Content creator:

• Learning to use the Betty Blocks no-code platform;

• Content creation for our educational platform;

• Technical writing, video editing / design and script writing;

• Help to shape the exam process for each predefined learning path.

No-code Developer:

• Learning to use the Betty Blocks no-code platform;

• Work individually on internal Betty Blocks apps;

• You will work agile together in a team with more senior developers;

• We’re looking for a 3rd of 4th year student in MBO Software Development for this position.

Software Development Internship:

• You will be working on a generic, scaleable and safe API which our clients will use to extract data in their apps;

• You work with FE technologies Typescript and React and BE technologies such as Python, Ruby or Elixir;

• We’re looking for a 3rd of 4th year student in HBO Software Development for this position.

Information Security Consultancy Internship:

• You will advise on and maintain information and security systems;

• You will be in contact with clients around security related issues;

• We’re looking for a 3rd of 4th year student in HBO Cyber Security for this position.

Betty Blocks is an internationally oriented organization. We mainly speak English on the workfloor.
