Customer Success Manager

What are you going to do?

In this position you will be in frequent contact with prospective, new & existing customers to determine how they can become (more) successful in using our No-Code development platform, Betty Blocks, within their organization.

You share your tailor-made proposal with the customer so that it is properly onboarded on our platform, and you also share best practices from other customers so that everyone can get the best out of the platform. Every customer is different; that is why you work closely with a large internal Betty Blocks team so that the customer achieves the best results with our platform. Good expectation management skills and a service-oriented attitude make the difference!

Who are you?

• You feel involved with the customer and get a kick out of customer satisfaction;
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager;
• You are tech-savvy and have previously committed to customer satisfaction in an IT or SaaS organization;
• You have obtained an HBO/WO degree;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• You are proactive and positive!
