About the Role

We follow a modern demand generation strategy that focuses on educating our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). Our goal is to empower prospects to do self-guided research and reach out when they’re ready, resulting in high-quality conversations and deals.

We’re looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Marketer to take full ownership of our content distribution engine. You’ll be the person who makes sure the right content gets to the right audience at the right time across paid and owned channels. You’ll manage campaigns from start to finish, create short-form content yourself, and work closely with stakeholders across the marketing and sales teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the distribution and performance of all content across paid (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads) and owned channels (e.g., email, organic social).

  • Activate internal ambassadors such as SDRs, account executives, and C-level leaders with tailored content they can share (e.g., LinkedIn posts, content kits, talking points).

  • Align closely with the Campaign Manager and the Revenue Director to spot opportunities and optimize sales performance.

  • Track and maximize ad budget and performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing SaaS, preferably in a demand generation or campaign-focused role.

  • Strong English writing skills: you’re comfortable producing your own email copy, ads, and posts.

  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and tools such as Hubspot and Clay.
