Job description

What You Will Do:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our revenue team, ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will analyze current workflows, implement improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize team performance. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to streamline processes, improve performance, and ensure that sales are prepared to succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage sales processes, including lead management and pipeline management.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and optimal usage.

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to increase the sales team’s productivity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations with strategic objectives.

  • Develop, organize, and deliver training programs, sales playbooks, and resources to help sales reps improve performance.

  • Create onboarding programs for new sales team members to ensure they quickly ramp up and reach full productivity.

Job requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations.

  • Experience in optimizing sales processes and supporting sales teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

  • Experience in using Hubspot and AI preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
