Senior Product Owner

What will you be doing? 

At Betty Blocks, a Product Owner plays an important role within our Product Development department. Together with one-or-two development teams you'll be responsible for the continuous development of several domains within our platform, suchs as data/action, cloud control and the pagebuilder. You'll closely coorporate with our VP of Engineering, Product Manager and other product owners. On a daily basis you'll work aside your development team which consists of front- and backend developers, testers, designers and a dedicated scrum master. 

Your goal is to maximize the customer value within our No-Code platform, you do this by tracking down the wishes of internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations. You convert wishes, demands and requirements of all stakeholders to crystal clear userstories, and prioritize the backlog and roadmap. Of course you're always fully up to date about the latest trends within no-code application development and on top of our competitors next moves.

What we are looking for

We are looking for somebody who is an excellent stakeholder manager and by his/her eagerness has a natural motivation to retrieve the question behind the question. Next to that, you bring ...

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner in SaaS environments (5+ years).

• Good understanding of software development concepts (e.g., databases, APIs) and preferably familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.

• Strong product management expertise, including backlog management, user story creation, prioritization, product strategy and discovery.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple departments and enhance customer experience.

• Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with organizational strategy.
